A Planned Parenthood building set on fire in Kalamazoo and one man has been charged.

It happened last Sunday, when officers were called to a fire at Planned Parenthood.

Officials say that an hour before the fire, a man, 25-year-old Joshua Brereton, bought torch fuel, a starter log, and a utility lighter.

ABC 57 News reports that at 4 o’clock, Brereton got through the fence of the building and lit the buildings bushes on fire.

He then started a second fire. He was charged on Thursday and could face up to 20 years in prison.

20 years for torching a planned parenthood, but torch a Federal courthouse during a BLM riot and get all charges dropped.

We have a two tiered justice system, for sure.
