Spiraling interest rates, skyrocketing inflation, and a lack of confidence in the economy created by Joe and his diversity hire lickspittles had a negative impact on housing? Who would have thunk it?

For those who paid hundreds of thousands over listing price the past few years, hope you plan on staying there awhile! Lumber prices are tanking so new homes are struggling too. Buyers market is coming back.
