Three men are facing gun and drug-related charges after a traffic stop on their vehicle.

A South Bend Police officer saw Jershawn Harris driving a black Chevy Impala on Wednesday, Aug. 31.

The officer confirmed Harris did not have a driver’s license and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at Indiana and Michigan Street, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

According to court documents, police say they smelled pot, so they searched the vehicle and found a Glock 21 .45-caliber handgun in the glove box, more than 100 grams of a substance that tested positive for pot in the back seat, and a Kel-Tec 9 mm handgun and drum magazine in a bag.

Harris and his two passengers, Paige Taylor and Rahaam Oliver, were arrested on a slew of possession charges.

Fine upstanding citizens these 3 men. The S.B.P.D. probably just prevented a future shooting or murder by getting these weapons out of their hands. It would be interesting to know if the 3 men have full-time employment.

They sure do got full time employment, its called drug dealing and blaming society for there problems, and thus it gives rise to thier total lack of disregard for anyones safety.
