A free event is taking place to talk about healthy and plant-based eating.
It’s called “VegFest.”
Organizers say that the goal of the event is to share the ways people can start a vegan lifestyle and inspire those who are already eating plant-based.
The event features speakers, cooking demons, and vegan products.
It’s happening on Sunday, October 23 at the Century Center in South Bend, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
