St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department searching for vehicle involved in hit and run

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department in Michigan is searching for a vehicle involved in a hit and run that has left a White Pigeon pedestrian fighting for his life.

The collision happened around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, on U.S. 12 near Riverside Drive.

First responders arrived to find the 33-year-old White Pigeon man in the road.

The vehicle that struck him left the scene and was last spotted traveling eastbound on U.S. 12.

The vehicle involved is describd as a gray 2000-2005 Cadillac Deville with damage to the front bumper/grille/hood area.
