Two people critically wounded after shooting on Huey Street in South Bend

Two people are in the hospital in critical condition after a shooting.

South Bend Police say the shooting happened around 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, in the 1600 block of Huey Street.

Police were called to the scene from a report of multiple shots fired and the two males rushed to the hospital.

The Violent Crimes Unit is leading the investigation.

So far, no word of any suspects, arrests or details about what led to the shooting.
