Another fresh layer of lake-effect snow is falling on Friday morning, Mov. 18, and having an impact on area roads.

The following schools are closed today:

Benton Harbor

Benton Harbor Charter Academy

Coloma

Countryside Academy

Decatur Public Schools

Eau Claire

Nottawa

Riverside-Hagar No. 6

Sodus Township District 5

The following schools are on a two-hour delay:

Bethany Christian

Clinton Christian

Concord

Eastern Pulaski

Fairfield

New Prairie United

Oregon Davis

Wa-Nee Schools

West Central

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total additional snow accumulations of 3
  to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Cass MI, St. Joseph MI, Northern Berrien and Southern
  Berrien Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to slick roads.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow this morning will result
  in areas of reduced visibility and treacherous travel
  conditions. Later today, snow will begin to diminish.
