Indiana House, Senate not liable for actions of former Indiana Attny. Gen. Hill

(95.3 MNC)
A federal judge has ruled the Indiana House and Senate are not liable for the actions of former Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill.
Four women sued Hill in 2018, claiming that he groped them at a downtown Indianapolis bar at a party following the end of the legislative session.
The women sued the Indiana House and Senate as their employers.
The ruling stated that the court in no way excuses the former Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney’s alleged behavior.

Whenever a republican is vulnerable the usual suspects come out of the woodwork looking for either a financial or political pay day. Hill was a great Attorney General. He should have stayed out of democrat Bars.
