Representative Frank Mrvan spoke on the House floor, Tuesday, talking about the bipartisan success of the Jackie Walorski Maternal and Child Home Visiting Reauthorization Act of 2022.

The bill passed the House with a 390-26 vote.

It increases funding for services that help new parents and their children with in-home support focused on improving child health and development, family safety and stability, and school readiness.

Walorski died in a car crash in August.
