Upgrades for the Berrien County Animal Control shelter

New upgrades to start off the new year at the Berrien County Animal Control shelter.

The shelter has new fenced enclosures for dogs waiting to be adopted as well as an outdoor play area that is double in size.

WNDU reports that he donations were made possible by a $7,000 donation from the volunteer group “Friends of Berrien County Animal Control.”

The group also made a donation of $3,500 to install 80 sound tiles to reduce noise inside of the kennels.
