Osolo Fire Department Assistant Chief retiring after 30 years

After 30 years of service, Osolo Fire Department Assistant Chief Randy Stone is retiring.
Stone says he had a goal of letting others gain his knowledge of hazmat situations.
He says that is what he wants his legacy to be.
Chief Michael Smith says the department will miss Stone’s knowledge and experience.
Osolo Township is one of sixteen townships in Elkhart County.
