Good heavens all these traffic stops in the dark bring out all the outlaws. Most are convicted felons with handguns they aren’t supposed to have. Most have heroin, meth, crack cocaine, and are in the drug business. The city of South Bend is turning into Los Angeles.

Do you remember your parents saying, nothing good happens after midnight ?
