Man charged in connection with November shooting in South Bend

A man has been charged in connection with a South Bend shooting that happened back in November.
It was around 1:20 in the morning on Nov. 19 when police were called to the 2200 block of Lincoln Way West on reports of a shooting.
Police arrived and found a vehicle that had crashed through the front yard of a home.
Three people were inside the vehicle, including a woman suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital on non-life-threatening injuries.
The South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit identified the suspect as 29-year-old Trevonn Johnson.
On Jan. 23 the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office charged Johnson with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm.
He is currently being held at the St. Joseph County Jail on unrelated charges.

Another privileged career criminal that will be let out and repeat the whole process again.
