A woman was found dead after a fire in Lincoln Township.

Fire crews were called, early Thursday morning, Feb. 2, to the 4100 block of Ridge Road to find a two-story home fully engulfed.

They tried to enter the home but discovered the floors and roof had already collapsed.

Police told them that a car was in the garage and that someone might be inside.

The blaze was brought to control in less than two hours, though crews remained there, putting out hot spots, all day long.

Excavation crew members found the victim in the rubble.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by Michigan State Police.

Howard Hughes death was reported to be April 5, 1976. Was it really him? NO!

History is not what you have been told! Especially about Howard Hughes! During his later mysterious life he was described in the media as having unruly fingernails, weighing 90-pounds, and being mentally incompetent. What if this description was not Hughes at all, but a stand-in for the billionaire?

The person who died April 5, 1976, was not Hughes. He lived another 25 years in rural Alabama under another identity. After all, the richest man in America can buy anything he wishes!

“Boxes: The Secret Life of Howard Hughes,” describes the intricate plan of how Howard Hughes did not die in 1976. He hid for another 25 years with the woman he loved and trusted.

This history changing story was told by his wife, Eva McLelland, who kept his secret until his passing in 2001, at which time she was ready to reveal the truth. Eva chose to tell me, Major General (ret) Mark Musick.

Your audience will be fascinated to hear this bizarre story of how Howard Hughes spent the last 25 years of his life, hiding in a remote Alabama location, using an alternate identity, living with the woman he loved.

Thank you Mark for bringing the truth out about the incredible Howard Hughes. I was at Sun n’ Fun Expo in Lakeland Florida a few years ago to hear your interesting presentation. I bought your book and read it within a day. As a history buff and aviation enthusiast I believe this is the totally true account of his final and interesting years.
