Two new officers joining Elkhart Police

Two new officers are joining the Elkhart Police.

Patrolman Ethan Pasternak and Nicholas Ragsdale took their oath during the Police Merit Commission on Monday, Feb. 13.

Pasternak is from Mishawaka and graduated from Dowagiac Union High School. Ragsdale is from Elkhart and graduated from Goshen High School.

Now, the Elkhart Police Department has a staff of 121.
