Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half staff in LaPorte and Porter counties in honor of Michael Keel from Valparaiso.
Gov. Holcomb says Keel “tragically lost his life from injuries sustained while working at the Indiana State Prison.”
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset in LaPorte and Porter Counties on Thursday.
