Cassopolis man pleads guilty after being found with drugs, stolen trailer

34-year-old Joshua Reyna of Cassopolis pleaded guilty to possession of meth and receiving, concealing or possession of stolen property after being found with drugs and a stolen trailer.

It happened in April of last year after the trailer was stolen out of St. Joseph County, Michigan and was found in Reyna’s driveway.

According to Leader Publications, Reyna was sentenced to two years of probation.

Probation? Yet there was a man in St joseph County in December charged with possession and receiving stolen property. Same thing a cargo trailer stolen out of Cass County; brought to the residence by someone other then the defendent was sentenced to 5-15 years in prison.
