Niles man faces prison time for fleeing police last summer

A Niles man has received prison time for his 10th felony conviction.

Diamond King pleaded guilty to third degree fleeing police in an incident that happened last June.

According to Leader Publications, King had also been charged with possession of meth, carrying a concealed weapon in a car, and operating with a suspended license, though those charges were dismissed.

He was sentenced to 2 to 5 years in prison.

He is also facing charges in Cass County.
