Three arrested after search warrant served at Wayne Township home

A search warrant led to three people being arrested at a Wayne Township residence on Thursday.

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team detectives conducted the search warrant on suspicion of selling and use of illegal drugs.

Methamphetamine, methamphetamine sale evidence, a loaded firearm and stolen property were all reportedly located at the residence.

A 54-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for probation violation, and charges are currently pending for methamphetamine possession, intent to distribute, felony firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and maintaining a drug house.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested on meth possession, intent to distribute and maintaining a drug house, and a 56-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for dangerous drug possession.

Suspect names are currently being withheld.
