Perhaps each visiting officer can take one of our gangbangers home with them for further study when they leave. They don’t need to return them when they are finished with them.

South Bend city is definitely a place where crime is out of control. I’ve never seen a place where they have so many unsolved shootings and murders, for its population. Let’s hope the visiting law enforcement officers are safe in the Riverbend City.

This will give those other municipalities a good opportunity to see South Bend, a city in decay from liberal policies.
