A community-wide fun fair is being put together by the Elkhart Community School Parent Coalition.

It’s planned for this Saturday, May 13 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Hawthorne Early Learning Center.

The fun fair will focus on highlighting summer programming and family resources, as well as collective community advocacy efforts.

There will be outdoor activities for children, as well as plenty of community providers, prizes and a lunch provided.

The ECS Parent Coalition will be expanding their coalition and efforts over the summer to include all school districts, so they are calling on all parents, volunteers and community members to attend the fair.
