One person was shot and killed in South Bend.

Police were called around 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, to the 400 block of South Carlisle Street.

The victim’s identity was not released as of 8 a.m. on Monday. There was no information released about what led to the shooting or any suspects or arrests.

The South Bend Police Department Violent Crimes Unit is currently investigating.
