Attorney General Rokita warns of potential human trafficking at Indy 500

(IMS)

Human trafficking is one thing Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says you need to watch out for, especially at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this month.

He says human trafficking has a tendency to happen at big sporting events like the Indy 500.

Some of the signs that trafficking victims show are physical abuse, scripted answers to obvious questions, appearing submissive or fearful, and an inability to talk to strangers by themselves.

If you see anything like this, Rokita urges you to call your local police department.
