Dyer man arrested after being clocked speeding at triple digits

A Dyer, Indiana man was arrested after being clocked speeding at triple digits on U.S. 31 in Fulton County.
It was around 2:45 a.m. on Monday, May 22, when a trooper was on patrol on U.S. 31, south of Rochester, and stopped the driver of a 2019 Ford for driving 102 mph.
The driver was identified as Michael John Rogers, 29.
Rogers displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests, according to Indiana State Police.
Further investigation revealed the driver had a preliminary BrAC of .177%.
Rogers was arrested and taken to the Fulton County Jail on preliminary charges of:
Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated- Prior Conviction
Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated- Endangerment
Reckless Driving
Driving While Suspended- Prior Conviction
