The former Mishawaka Police Department building on North Church Street will become a wine bar and a corporate office space.

The building is more than 30,000 feet and two-stories tall.

The first floor will be the wine bar with outdoor seating on the St. Joseph River, while upstairs will become the new headquarters for Cressy Real Estate.
