Indiana’s new “welcome” signs being installed

New “Welcome To Indiana” signs are being installed at dozens of state borders roads into the Hoosier State.

Gone are the red, white and blue “Crossroads of America” signs.

Now, the signs say there’s “More To Discover” IN Indiana. The colors are also different.

The signs are part of the state’s “IN Indiana” campaign, designed to grow the state’s tourism and economy. Nearly 20 new signs at interstates will be in place by the start of the holiday weekend.

The state will also change out entry signs at non-interstate routes, like into Granger from Edwardsburg and into South Bend from Niles by the end of June.
