A Niles man died when the motorcycle he was driving and a vehicle collided in Mishawaka. The crash happened around 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, on McKinley Highway near the intersection of Filbert Road.

Both the motorcycle and the vehicle were traveling westbound at the time.

Arnaldo L. Cruz-Pabo, 36, who was on the motorcycle died at the scene.

The 51-year-old woman who was behind the wheel of the car involved was not hurt. She remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Factors that led to the crash are still being reviewed by the St. Joseph County Fatal Crash Team.
