City of Mishawaka planning on assembling missile

The City of Mishawaka is planning on assembling a missile. But they’re not declaring war on anyone. They’ve bought an old Talos missile that was found dismantled in crates in a Crumstown field.
WNDU reports that the missile, built in Mishawaka by Bendix during the Cold War, is the type that was used by the US Navy between 1957 and 1979.
Mayor Dave Wood says it will be assembled, refurbished, and displayed in Bendix Park as a nod to the city’s history.
