The funeral for Indiana State Police Trooper Aaron Smith is this week.

He was killed after being hit by someone driving a car during a police chase last week.

The visitation for Smith is from 2 p.m. -8 p.m. on Thursday at Emmanuel Church in Greenwood.

The funeral is Friday at 11 a.m. at that church.

He’ll be buried at Crown Hill Cemetery after a police procession.
