South Bend man sentenced after pleading guilty to meth distribution

A South Bend man has been sentenced in U.S. District Court after pleading guilty to distributing methamphetamine.
According to documents in the case, on four occasions between May 2021 and March 2022, Victor Gamez, 43, sold varying amounts of pure methamphetamine to a person in South Bend.
The total weight distributed was nearly 265 grams.
Gamez was sentenced to 138 months in prison followed by 3 years of supervised release.
