After suffering from a vandalism and robbery, a popular stop in Mishawaka is reopening.
Dari Fair was broken into last month, vandalized and robbed by thieves who made off with a number of items, including a credit card machine.
WSBT reports that it took the owner, Brian Ames, and his team more than a week to clean up the mess they left behind, and there was an outpouring of community support.
Ames said he was amazed how many people cared about what he called “a small little ice cream stand.” The Mishawaka Police are still seeking information about the break-in.

I’m glad they are reopening, they are a fixture around that end of town. I hope they invest in a good security system and cloud storage cameras though, because once you’ve been hit the first time the odds of subsequent break ins increase dramatically.
