Not cool: Michigan included in ice cream recall over possible listeria connection

Real Kosher Ice Cream has recalled their Soft Serve On The Go Cups. (Food and Drug Administration)

Michigan is one of 19 states where Real Kosher Ice Cream is recalling ice cream cups due to a possible connection to a listeria outbreak.

The Food & Drug Administration announced Wednesday that the Soft Serve On The Go Cups ice cream from Real Kosher has been recalled after two people were hospitalized with the bacteria.

Ice cream cups found in one of the patients’ freezers tested positive for the bacteria.
