The school board president for Dowagiac Union Schools has announced his resignation. Brent Brewer, who submitted his letter, this week, citing personal reasons.
According to the school district, the board will need to fill the position within 30 calendar days.
Those interested in being considered for the spot should submit a letter of interest to the Dowagiac Union Schools Board of Education by Sep. 6.
