The body that was recently found on the bank of the St. Joseph River in Elkhart has been identified as an Elkhart man.
Police found the body of Randall Long, 31, in the area of North Riverside Drive and the Bower Street Bridge on Sunday, September 3rd.
The Elkhart County Homicide Unit was activated, per protocol, though the cause and manner of Long’s death have yet to be determined.
