Elkhart intersection now three-way stop after crash damages lights

An Elkhart intersection is now a three-way stop after a crash damaged the lights.
The crash, which happened on Monday, Oct. 9, inolved a city vehicle.
It happened at Cassopolis Street and East Beardsley Avenue and disabled the traffic lights.
Officials say the stop signs will be there for the foreseeable future.
