Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a crash that injured a Dowagiac man.
The collision happened around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, near the intersection of Pokagon Highway and M-51.
Witnesses told Cass County Sheriff’s investigators that the vehicle was traveling eastbound toward Niles when the driver crossed the center line, left the roadway and rolled multiple times.
The 56-year-old driver was taken to Borgess Lee Hospital in Dowagiac for injuries sustained in the crash.
