Man, 33, hospitalized after shooting on Stamp Drive in Elkhart

The Elkhart Police Department continues to investigate a non-fatal shooting that occurred just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, in the 600 block of Stamp Drive in Elkhart.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 33-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound inside a home.

Medics arrived and rendered first aid at the scene then transported the victim to the hospital for evaluation and treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
