Online voting for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s third annual Coolest Thing Made in Indiana tournament is underway at www.indianachamber.com/coolestthing.
The tournament is a celebration of the state’s rich manufacturing history and features a field of 47 companies from 38 communities across Indiana.
Contestants, their products, and product descriptions can be viewed on the event’s website. This Hoosier Hysteria-style contest has quickly become one of the largest of its kind in the country, showcasing a wide range of makers and their products.
Kevin Brinegar, Indiana Chamber President and CEO, stated that “the depth and breadth of this third annual field are a testament to Indiana’s status as a manufacturing powerhouse.”
The organization’s goal with the Coolest Thing Made in Indiana program is “to showcase the wide variety of manufacturing taking place in the state that has helped our economy thrive.”
