A trial date has been set for the 15 year old accused of murder.

Correon Meux is being accused of the murder of 18 year old Logan Nussbaum.

Elkhart Police say Nussbaum was shot on October 15 in the 1200 block of Burr Oak Place, causing him to crash into two parked cars and the tree line near Carriage House Apartments.

Nussbaum was pronounced dead at the crash scene.

Meux has been waived to adult court and his jury trial date is set for December 4. SOQ
