Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales has set up a text hotline for voters to use on election day. Voters can text IN to 45995 regarding questions they may have about their ballot, where they can vote, and any security concerns they might have.
This is Morales’s first time overseeing an election since being elected last year.
State lawmakers passed legislation last year requiring voter-verifiable paper audit trails for electronic machines to be ready by July 1st, 2024.
Election day across Indiana is November 7th. In order to cast their vote all Hoosiers must be in line by 6p.m.
