A home in Union Pier, Michigan owned by former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel was targeted by anti-Semitic vandalism.
WSJM reports that the neighbors spotted the vandalism last weekend and reported it.
Someone had spray-painted the word “Nazis” on the fence.
Emanuel was not home at the time, but issued a statement praising his friends, neighbors, and community for standing up to bigotry. Emanuel is currently serving as the US Ambassador to Japan.
