Have you seen 76-year-old Norman Spiess?

Spiess has been reported as a missing person, and we are seeking assistance in locating him.

He was last seen 12/2/23 near downtown South Bend is may still be in the downtown area.

Spiess is 5’11”, 200 lbs., and was last seen wearing a yellow jacket, white collared shirt, brown pants and a blue/white ball cap.

It’s possible Spiess may be in need of medical assistance.
