Two women injured after striking parked grain cart

Two women were injured after striking a parked grain cart on Bulhand Street in Calvin Township.

The women were traveling eastbound when they struck the cart, requiring them to be extracted from the vehicle and transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital.

The driver of the grain cart was not injured, and officials do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors.
