Niles Police Department looking for help identifying armed robbery suspects

The Niles Police Department is looking for help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery.

Around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, police responded to an armed robbery at Check into Cash in Niles. Two men reportedly entered the business and demanded money from the registers and safe.

According to Leader Publications, the two men were armed with firearms and fled the store on foot to a vehicle waiting for them.

No customers were inside the building at the time of the robbery and no employees were harmed.

The first suspect is described as a black male in his 20s and about 5’6” in height. The second suspect is described as a black male in his 20s approximately 6’ in height.
