A 52-year-old man allegedly solicited inappropriate pictures from an underage girl in 2022.
ABC 57 News reports that Jerald Minzey exchanged sexual pictures and messages with the girl.
In December, he was arrested in St. Joseph County and charged with child exploitation and possession of child porn.
