Breezy winds lasting all day long with keep our wind chills below zero, if you have to be outside, limit exposure to the cold as much as possible by bundling up and getting indoors whenever you can. When feels-like temperatures are in the neighborhood of 25 degrees below zero, frostbite on exposed skin is possible within just 30 minutes.
Most road salt is ineffective below 15 degrees, so icy roads will be difficult to treat for a few days still – take it slow and stay safe.
