A Buchanan citizen has filed an ethics complaint against the mayor, calling for his removal from office.

WSBT reports that the complaint accuses Mayor Sean Denison of three violations of the Charter, and the laws of the state.

Two weeks ago, city officials asked for Commissioner Dan Vigansky to step down, and city commissioners tried to remove the mayor from office after he decided to suspend the city manager.
