The South Bend Police Department received a thank you from Little Caesars Pizza on Thursday.

The massive “Little Caesars Love Kitchen” semi-truck was parked in front of the department. It’s part of The Love Kitchen Tour that travels the country to bake and deliver pizzas for people in need, charities, and first responders.

Then, on Friday, a much smaller gesture was made by a Good Samaritan with a big heart, leaving some South Bend Chocolate Company chocolates on the hoods of their squad cars downtown.
