The Indiana State Police, and other organizations, are investigating potential election fraud in St. Joseph County.

The election fraud is centered around Democratic Presidential Candidate Dean Phillips, a Minnesota Congressman.

The County Clerk’s office allegedly found a number of fake signatures on petition forms for Phillips’ candidacy in the May Primary.

The ISP, St. Joseph County Election Board, Indiana Secretary of State, and Indiana Election Division are all looking into the incident.

Criminal charges could be filed as a result of the investigation.
