The South Bend Animal Resource Center is asking for help finding the person or persons who left two dead puppies in an alley on the west side of South Bend.

The agency’s officers responded and found the pit bull terrier puppies in an alley between North Brookfield and College in the 1000 block.

The puppies were picked up and taken back to the shelter. They’re about 3-months-old, brindle with some white.

Anybody with information regarding the dumping of these puppies is asked to contact the Animal Resource Center at sbarc@southbendin.gov.
